This talk focuses on the HPC Master’s program jointly offered by the University of A Coruña (UDC) and the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), which has been recognized as a Master of Excellence since 2022.
Offered in both online and onsite formats, and with a double degree with a French university, coordinating such a program—and achieving and sustaining excellence—requires far more than academic planning alone.
The presentation will highlight practical lessons learned and strategies developed to ensure academic rigor and relevance.
It will offer insights into recurring challenges involving students, faculty, and university leadership, as well as examples of successful outcomes.
Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the evolving role of program coordinators and how thoughtful leadership can shape the future of HPC education.
